The Care & Comfort Kit was created to provide comfort and support during the challenging times faced before, during, and after a pregnancy loss. This kit features items arranged in a thoughtful and compassionate way to support individuals who are experiencing or have experienced pregnancy loss. I personally understand the devastating and life changing impact of a miscarriage, and aim to provide comfort, healing, and resources during this heartbreaking time. During and after my multiple miscarriages I felt alone and struggled to find resources that provided the support I was seeking. May the items in this kit help you on your journey of healing and recovery. May you find a safe space for you to grieve, heal, and find inner strength. My hope is that as you utilize the items in the Care & Comfort Kit little by little you will be reminded that you are not alone.

*Plantable seed paper (butterfly and heart shaped) to grow a tangible keepsake to cherish the memory of the little one/ones that you have lost
* Journal and pin
* Affirmation Cards (related to infertility and miscarriage)
* Stickers that provide a source of encouragement
*Card and postcard that include personal words of support and encouragement from me
* Poem about those we love and keepsake pouch
*Book related to miscarriage (for example a book that features letters from other moms that have been impacted by a miscarriage)
